Shri Pravin Hari Kutumbe is a Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of rich experience in Investment, Finance, Taxation & Insurance. He has served Life Insurance Corporation of India for 33 years and had worked as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer in LIC. In his last assignment, he was appointed as Board member of Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) overseeing finance, Investment & enforcement functions including Supervisory role in drafting Regulations & Guidelines. He has held Board membership at State Bank of India, Tata Power, Stock Holding Corporation of India, Stock Holding Services Limited. He is currently Director on the Board of Aditya Birla Sun Life Trustee Private Limited, SBI DHFI Ltd and Catalyst Trusteeship Co. Ltd. He was a member in the Committee of Development of Bond Market in India and Early Warning Group of Inter-Regulatory of RBI, SEBI, IRDAI & PFRDA. He was closely associated with various academic activities viz. visiting faculty at National Insurance Academy, Pune and Panel Member, Moderator & Keynote Speaker at seminars on Bond, Equity Markets and Corporate Governance.
